These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using StudyUpload. By using the site, creating an account, uploading documents, or using StudyUpload study tools, you agree to use the service responsibly and lawfully.
Educational use
StudyUpload is built to help students find and organize study materials, class pages, course notes, study guides, AI study prompts, flashcards, quizzes, highlights, study plans, and key terms. Content is for study support and should not replace your instructor, textbook, school policies, or academic integrity rules.
Uploads and rights
Only upload materials you created, have permission to share, or are otherwise allowed to post. Do not upload copyrighted material, private information, confidential school content, paid course materials you cannot redistribute, exam keys, or anything that violates another person’s rights.
Academic integrity
Do not use StudyUpload to cheat, impersonate someone else, submit another person’s work as your own, bypass exam rules, or violate your school’s honor code. Students are responsible for using materials in a way that matches their class and campus requirements.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. StudyUpload may limit, remove, or suspend access when activity appears abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these terms.
Payments and orders
If paid access, credits, or account upgrades are offered, the checkout page and order details explain the current price and access terms. Contact StudyUpload if you have a billing or order support question.
Content moderation and removal
StudyUpload may edit metadata, remove uploads, restrict pages, or respond to takedown requests when content appears inaccurate, unsafe, infringing, spammy, or harmful to the student experience. Copyright concerns can also be submitted through the DMCA Policy.
No guarantee
Study materials may contain mistakes or become outdated. StudyUpload does not guarantee grades, exam results, school acceptance, or the accuracy of every uploaded document. Always verify important material with your class resources.
